Note that regardless of which clinic you attend, you must bring with you (or have previously emailed) a referral from you GP which confirms your diagnosis of chronic pain. Without this we cannot admit you to the program because of the potential danger of assuming pain is chronic, when that might not be the case. A referral is not needed for other issues.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm (first and last appointment times)
Cost: $220 (private clients) or $240 (workers’ compensation clients). There is no medical rebate at this time.
